Mental Health Services

Services are provided by a staff consisting of Board Certified Psychiatrists, Advanced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and other Qualified Mental Health Professionals.

Services may take place in one of our clinics or in a community setting, depending on the service being provided, and as appropriate to the needs of the child, adult, or family. Potential settings include home, library, daycare, and school.

  • Individualized screenings are clinical assessments that include symptom assessments, medication assessments, and financial eligibility screening to improve access to affordable mental health services for low-income families. Based on the screening, individuals are provided with a service plan.

  • Outpatient mental health counseling, including individual therapy, family, and group therapy are provided by licensed mental health professionals.

  • A Child & Family team member meets seriously mentally ill adults where they are to assist with building life skills to ensure they can be successful in school, the work-place, social situations, at home and in all other areas of the individual's life.

  • A Child & Family team member meets seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families where they are to assist with building life skills to ensure they can be successful in school, the community, social situations, at home and in all other areas of the individual's life.

    • PAYA (Preparing Adolescents for Young Adulthood)

  • Ensures each client and family (when applicable) receive necessary psychiatric, social, vocational, educational, and other support essential for achieving stability. Each client is assigned to a specific type of case management, based upon an assessment of the client's needs.

    • Make referrals

    • Monitor progress

  • Child & Family team members meet clients where they are to facilitate remote delivery of physician services. This enables clients to receive quality care, a proper diagnosis, and continued treatment in areas lacking mental healthcare professionals.

  • Client services begin with complete psychiatric evaluations. Clients are then provided with a diagnosis and provided with treatment options for comprehensive care. Individuals in need of medication are also provided with appropriate prescriptions and medication management services.

    • 30- 45 minute evaluation conducted by one of our 14 Board Certified Psychiatrists as well as 5 APNs
