Child & Family Guidance Center has developed a comprehensive range of programs designed to empower individuals, strengthen families and communities and provide those we serve with the skills and resources necessary to reduce the symptoms of mental health concerns and emotional distress. We strive to treat the whole person with individualized treatment planning. Our services include the following:
Mental Health Services
Comprehensive, outpatient mental health services are provided to children, adults, and families throughout the following North Texas counties - Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall. Services are provided at one of our 8 clinics or in the community, when appropriate, including individual's own home.

- Comprehensive Telebehavioral health and Telepsychiatry
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Community-based mental health care for adults living with a serious mental illness that interferes with their ability to live in the community, attend appointments, and manage mental health symptoms.
Outpatient Competency Restoration (OCR)
Community-based services for adults who have been diagnosed with a chronic, persistent mental illness and deemed incompetent to stand trial.
Safety Net (Prevention and Behavioral Health Promotion)
School & Community-based, youth program serving Dallas, Collin, & Denton counties via drug and alcohol education, goal-setting, stress management, communication skills, and anger management.
Youth Empowerment Services (YES Waiver)
Family-centered, community-based, program designed to help children and youth, ages 3 to 18, who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to serious mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
