Child & Family Primary Care is our affordable healthcare clinic currently serving CFGC clients age 10 and up at our Harry Hines location.

At CFGC, our mission is to ensure everyone has access to quality healthcare in order to lead healthy, productive lives. The addition of primary care services allows our clients to establish a care team within CFGC that addresses not only their mental health, but also their physical healthcare needs. We believe this groundbreaking, integrated approach is key to providing the best all-around care for our clients.

We currently only accept self-pay, but eligible clients may qualify for our Caring Hearts Plan.

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Elevated Cholesterol

  • Emphysema / COPD

  • Asthma

  • Thyroid - Underactive

  • Weight Managment - No Weight Loss Pills Prescribed

  • Upper Respiratory Infections (Colds, Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Sore Throat)

  • Urinary Tract Infections

  • Sexually Transmitted Infections

  • Fever Less Than 101.5

  • Seasonal Hayfever

Wellness visits:

  • School Sports Physicals for Children 10-17

  • Healthy Persons that Desire a Checkup / Future Physical Exam

  • Women's Health Exam

  • Men's Health Exam

  • Establishment of Care (for those who have not seen a Primary Care Provider within the last 5 years)

As a general rule, please go to the emergency room or call 911 for the conditions below:

  • Compound fracture (bone sticking out through skin)

  • Heavy bleeding

  • Poisoning

  • Seizures, convulsions, or loss of consciousness

  • Severe burns

  • Serious head or neck injury

  • Severe chest pain or difficulty breathing

  • Signs of heart attack (chest pain, back or jaw pain, shortness of breath)

  • Signs of stroke (weakness or numbness in one side of face of one arm, slurred speech
