Kenneth R. Medlock
Ken is the President and CEO of Townview Realtors and has been in the Real Estate business for over thirty years, sharing, motivating and instilling his vision of integrity, customer satisfaction, and the educating of clients and potential clients alike. He believes that a company should be much more than just a place of business but a place you can come to fellowship, and feel like you are at home, a place where you become family not just another number. Kenneth R. Medlock's executive leadership experience spans over twenty-five years of increasingly responsible positions in Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial Services and Insurance.
Ken's professional and community affiliations include memberships with The Human Resource Executive, National Black MBA Association, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has served on several Boards and Committees, including: The Southwest Region Conference of Seventh-day Adventist, City Temple Community Development Corp., Southwest Region K-12 Committee, City Temple SDA Church, The National Association of Security Dealers, The City of Dallas Urban Rehab Standards Board, Dallas County Grand Jury (Two Appointments) and the Child and Family Guidance Center's Board.
Ken was featured in Texas Monthly and Black Enterprise Magazines in the mid-1980's for accomplishments in the Futures Market. He co-authored "Hedging in Financial Futures", a Risk Management Strategy for Banks and other financial institutions. He has been the Keynote Speaker for various church and civic organizations and is recognized for his wit and capacity to motivate audiences.
Ken's wife, Carolyn, is a Business Analyst and Senior Technical Writer. They have two children- a daughter, Morgan, and a son, Marshall.
